Meet The Need is membership organization designed to create connections that open doors to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. By providing a common outreach platform, we bring together:
- Christian churches
- Churches and ministries
- Churches, ministries and unchurched individuals who want to donate
- Churches, ministries and local families in need of both help and hope
Joining Meet The Need means joining a community of outreach-minded Christian organizations. Meet The Need not only enables you to work together with them in a highly efficient way, but also to share and learn from each other’s experiences and insights.
As a 501(c)3 Public Charity, Meet The Need is funded in large part by donations from a select group of individuals and foundations who believe in our mission and feel called to support this ministry. However, the costs of providing churches and ministries with a state-of-the-art outreach solution are significant. So we ask for your help in covering these costs. As a not-for-profit Christian ministry, our main objective is not to let the cost of Meet The Need impede anyone from being part of this global effort to mobilize the Christian community! That’s why we provide all of these tools and services for much less than it would cost in the for-profit business world.
Joining Meet The Need entails:
- Churches – Once a church’s membership is approved, we charge modest Membership Dues to Churches to join and use Meet The Need.
- Ministries – There are NO Membership Dues for ministries to post volunteer and resource needs for churches, charities, companies and individual users to see. However, we ask that they consider making donations to help cover the costs of administering Meet The Need.
- Outreach Events – Meet The Need will discuss requirements with event coordinators and base Membership Dues on the degree of customization needed for the event.
- Church Groups/Teams – Teams registered within a church that is a member of Meet The Need are automatically granted full Membership status at NO Membership Dues once they are activated by that church.
